How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery will be in 4 weeks.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders over $150. Otherwise, $20.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, except to the following countries: Austria, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Faroe Islands, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Myanmar, Mexico, North Korea, Philippines, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Uganda, Uruguay.

How do I change my shipping address?

Shoot us an email at help@quigleyclothiers.com, preferably before your order ships. If it’s already in transit, FedEx can only reroute it within the same country and they’ll charge you $10 by electronic invoice.

Can I rush my order?

Unfortunately, no. You can’t rush greatness.

How will my order be shipped?

FedEx. We’ll email you tracking info when your order ships.

Will I have to pay extra customs charges?

Prices reflected on QuigleyClothiers.com include shipping charges and any duty/customs charges within North America unless expressly stated otherwise. If you’re asked to pay any customs charges on your order within North America, please contact our Customer Service Team with the respective proof of payment.  Additional charges may apply for duty and/or customs for addresses outside of North America and are the sole responsibility of the receiver.

Does FedEx require a signature on delivery?

Yep. They’re fancy that way.

FedEx requires me to fill out a 5106 form, what do I do?

You may be asked to fill out a standard 5106 form if you are importing goods from another country. For more information, give FedEx a call at 1 (800) 463-3339.

Do you ship to Armed Forces / APO / FPO addresses / P.O. boxes?

Not at the moment, but we’re looking into changing that.

Will I have to pay taxes?

Depending on where you ship to or if you change your shipping destination, you may be required to pay additional taxes or duties based on the taxation requirements of the destination.

How do I get reimbursed for alterations?

Submit your itemized receipt and alterations to our Customer Service within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Do I need a tailor to take my measurements?

Not at all. It’s simple. Take measures into your hands with our handy instructions.

Can I use the measurements from a suit I own?

Afraid not. We need your actual body measurements.

Where do I get a tape measure?

We’ve got you covered. Send us an email with your address and we’ll send one over to you!

How do I ensure my measurements are accurate?

Follow our simple instructions and you can’t go wrong. That said, there’s a chance some of your garments won’t fit the way you want right out of the box; minor alterations might be needed. If that’s the case, we’ll cover the cost. We want to make sure you’re happy, so it’s a breeze if you order again in the future.

The numbers listed online are not the same as the measurements for my “off the rack” clothing. Is this a mistake?

No mistake. Off the rack sizing actually varies a lot. Welcome to the world of made to measure. Sizing as you know it is about to change.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Quigley Gift Cards.

What currency is used for transactions?

All of our transactions are completed using the US Dollar.

Will there be sales tax on my order?

You will only be charged sales tax if you live in Texas, California, or Arizona. Otherwise, you will not be charged sales tax.

Do you have gift cards?

We sure do.

How do I use my gift card?

Enter the unique code on the back of your card (or in your email if you received an Email Gift Card) at checkout.

Can I use two coupons at once?

No, you can’t use two coupons at once. However, you can use as many gift cards at once as you like.

What kind of fabrics do you use?

Quigley strives to deliver a premium product without the premium price. In doing so, we use only the finest fabrics from all over the world.
